• A marketing officer will send you the agent application form to the potential agent or contact you requesting further information.
The potential agent needs to fill the form and send the form back to the marketing officer with supporting documents like ABN Certificate, QEAC certificate /MARA certificate and business profile.
• Once the new agent submits all required documents. The marketing officer will confirm the information submitted and will confirm the reference before sending the formal agreement via email to the new agent.
• Once both parties sign the Education Agent Agreement for International students, the agent registration process finalised, and the new agent is welcome to Clinton Institute registered agents.

Agents must hold a current QEAC (Qualified Education Agent Counsellor) or MARA (Migration Agents Registration Authority) credential, have a valid ABN, and demonstrate experience in international student recruitment.
Agents can represent Clinton Institute's full CRICOS course range including aged care, commercial cookery, hospitality, and business qualifications at Certificate III through to Graduate Diploma level.
Clinton Institute provides agents with marketing materials, course information, regular updates on intakes and vacancies, and a dedicated point of contact in the marketing team.
Yes. All agents must sign Clinton Institute's Education Agent Agreement before they can officially represent the institute and receive commissions.
