What Has Changed with BSB80120 for Education Agents?
ASQA cancelled the BSB80120 Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) from the CRICOS register under ESOS Act section 96B, effective 5 October 2026. From this date, no new international student enrolments can be accepted for BSB80120 at any CRICOS-registered provider. Education agents must immediately update their course offerings and student advice to reflect this regulatory change.
What to Tell Students Who Have Not Yet Enroled
Advise students who have not yet enrolled that BSB80120 is no longer available for international students. Direct them to BSB60420 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management as the CRICOS-approved alternative, or BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management as a lower-cost entry point into management studies.
What to Tell Students Already Enroled in BSB80120
Students who enrolled AND commenced before 5 October 2026 can continue. No action is required for their existing enrolment. If they have not yet commenced, they must transfer to another CRICOS-registered course to maintain their student visa.
Can You Still Earn Commission on BSB80120 Transfers?
